The AGC Mission

Respect for the Environment, as well as Safety, lies at the heart of the mission of AGC Flat Glass Europe. These two aspects form part of the company’s Social Responsibility and are managed by the same department. At European level they are represented by CSR Europe, of which AGC Flat Glass Europe is a founder member.

AGC Flat Glass Europe’s environmental policy has two main objectives:

• to develop new products with better environmental performance throughout their entire lifetime, including the recycling stage
